Reset your metabolism
& start thriving
I have been in the fitness industry for 36 years as a personal trainer, coach and body transformation specialist. During this time I have worked with all kinds of people and bodies, including athletes who train for peak performance. My passion, however, is working with Mr and Ms Average, helping them reach their ultimate physique and condition in a healthy, natural and sustainable way.
Over the years I have learnt one thing for sure: it does not matter how hard you train, if you are not on a sound nutrition plan you can forget about being in shape! I see it all the time in the gym. People training really hard, even with trainers, but never visually experiencing any change. The missing link in the formula is DIET. If you want results and are serious about getting into your ultimate condition, you need to eat correctly.
The 180 Programme
I was a competitive bodybuilder for 10 years. I trained in the United States and this is where I learnt a lot about pre-contest nutrition for bodybuilders, female physique competitors and bikini contestants. Using this knowledge and experience, I have put together a programme, not just for competitive athletes, but also for those who would like to look their best and feel good about it every single day.
In addition to personalised training support and nutritional advice from myself, my 180 Metabolism Reset Programme includes a range of specially-formulated, high-quality nutritional products designed to address that dietary missing link in the quest for physical excellence and wellbeing.
You can, of course, purchase any of these products without joining the Reset Programme, but I would strongly recommend you take the Reset with me to guide you on the right path.
Throughout the course of my career I and so many of my clients have used the 180 Programme and products. It’s tried and tested. And it works! More importantly, it’s healthy, natural and sustainable. – Lance Jacobson.

Although there are common characteristics among the relevant population, there is not a single cause of being overweight or obesity. In some people, the cause may be more closely linked to genetic factors, while in other instances, the principal causal factor may be environmental.
Moreover, it should be obvious that diets, metabolic rates and levels of activity vary from one individual to another and that weight loss levels will vary. Weight loss results for one individual are not to be viewed as typical for another individual.
Rapid weight loss may also be associated with some medical problems. Individuals undergoing weight loss can experience physical changes in the body e.g dizziness, interruptions in the menstrual cycle, hair loss, that may indicate more serious conditions. People noticing such changes are advised to talk to their primary care physician immediately.
Children and adolescents, pregnant or breast-feeding women, and people with significant health problems such as bulimia, heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes or psychiatric disorders should not begin this program without written authorisation by their primary care provider.
People under treatment for other conditions or taking medications prescribed by their health care provider should tell their providers that they have begun a diet or weight loss plan, due to the fact that, in certain cases, adjustments to medicines or modifications to the weight loss program may be appropriate.
The foods that are listed in the One-Eighty-Degree nutrition plan or 10-day reset may cause allergies in some people, so please note that the foods that you consume per the plan are recommended at your own risk.
